ET Birthday marks more than just a milestone; it’s a celebration of the ISB Event Team’s journey, growth, and unity over the past year. As one of our treasured annual internal events, it’s a time for all ET members past and present to reunite, reflect, and reconnect.
This gathering creates space to reminisce on the shared moments that have shaped our collective experience, acknowledge the accomplishments we’ve achieved together, and open our hearts to express thoughts and feelings that have long been held within. With every story shared and memory relieved, the flame of our passion burns brighter, inspiring us to move forward with renewed dedication and a sense of purpose, as we look ahead to the Event Team’s future.
ET Trip is a cherished annual summer internal event exclusively for ET’s members. A special occasion that marks a transition for the Event Team as the new generation bids farewell from the outgoing generation to the new leaders who will carry the torch forward. It is a time to celebrate our shared achievements while embracing the future. Together, we share not only laughter and memories but also the deeply-held emotions and thoughts that strengthen our bonds and unify us in purpose for the road ahead.
Besides the official events, ET also organizes internal events. These events celebrate various milestones, traditions, and gatherings, each with its own significance. Special occasions throughout the year are honored by ET Occasions, which include Girls’ Day, Boys’ Day, Tết, Graduation, and Christmas. Member Birthday celebrates individual members’ special day. “ET đi đâu”….is devoted to ET-ers who step into a new chapter in a new country, and to recall the unforgettable memories within ET-ers during the military course.
Specifically, to foster bonding and relaxation, as well as marking the transfer of the two generations, ET Birthday and ET Trip is organized annually by the Human Resources Department. And finally, through the mini-project ETea Time, members can send confessions anonymously, whether it’s a message to their ET-er friends or their own thoughts, questions or concerns that are secretly kept in their heart.
