| a. How do you describe yourself? | I am a supportive person. I love contributing my efforts to accomplishing great things. I am responsible, careful in my work and always try my best to make things as perfect as possible within my ability. If you are looking for someone with leadership skills, I am definitely not the right person, but if you are looking for a dedicated support, I am your right choice. Also, I'm a quite gentle person and easy to get along with. |
| b. What are your strengths and weaknesses? | My strengths is creativity and responsibility. I can contribute good ideas to improve the work results, and try my best to implement those ideas. My weakness is that I'm an introvert so I may not stand out at first, but I can quickly get along with everyone. |
| c. Which Extra-curricular activities did you join in the past? | I used to participate in the Relay for the exam season, Spring Volunteer as a volunteer. I used to participate in the Gratitude event for seniors in my high school as a collaborator, I learned many things at this event such as communication skills and teamwork in event organization. From here, I started an interest in supporting events organizing and look forward to joining clubs or event teams in the future. |

| a. What do you know about ISB Event Team? | ISB Event Team is an organization specializing in organizing large and small events inside and outside ISB. ET has passed through 7 generations and has become one of the biggest and oldest institutions of the ISB. |

Why did you decide to apply to become a collaborator of ISB Event Team? | I have participate in many events organized by ISB Event Team such as ISB Go, ISB Welcome Night, ISB Teambuilding, etc. Through my participation, I see the enthusiasm, dynamism and talents of ET members. I gradually became interested and wished to become a member of ISB Event Team, contributing values to ET as previous members generations. |

Why? | According to my inexperienced knowledge, the steps to organize an event are: - Define the purpose and objective of the event. - Summary of the event contents. - Consider the budget needed. - Allocate tasks and deadlines to departments. - Arrange the event schedule. - Test run the event. In my opinion, the most important step is allocating tasks and deadlines to departments as this step requires proper work allocation and reasonable deadlines for each department. Improper allocation will lead to a decrease in the effectiveness of the event preparation. |

| Your task is to create a WELCOME GATE for an outdoor teambuilding program for 500 people, and the design must adhere to the theme in order to look creative and eye-catching. C. GAMES FOR TEAMBUILDING | |
| It is your task to generate ideas for Teambuilding games held outdoors. The activities include THREE games, 7 teams of 14 participants each, and a two-hour activity. These activities have a budget of 500,000VND. | - Game 1: Trên mặt đất bố trí sẵn các đoạn dây nilon được đan chéo nhau (hoặc song song nhau để giảm độ khó). Mỗi team chia làm 7 cặp, mỗi cặp sẽ có một người chống 2 tay xuống đắt trong tư thế plank, người còn lại đứng sau và nâng 2 chân sau của người kia lên (người plank vẫn nằm theo phương ngang), người chống tay sẽ giữ quả bóng bằng miệng và cả 2 cùng tiến về phía trước, bước qua những đoạn dây được bố trí sẵn để thả bóng vào xô, nếu rơi bóng giữa đường sẽ phải đi lại. Team đầu tiên thả hết 7 quả bóng vào xô sẽ giành chiến thắng. - Game 2: Nhảy bao bố Sử dụng lại sân đấu được bố trí những đoạn dây ở game 1, mỗi team sẽ chia 2 nhóm, mỗi nhóm 7 người, mỗi nhóm đứng ở mỗi đầu sân, mỗi team chỉ được nhận 1 bao bố, người đầu tiên của một nhóm bên đầu sân bên này sẽ nhảy bao bố vượt qua những đoạn dây nilon dưới đất để đến đầu sân bên kia và chuyền bao bố cho người của đầu bên kia, người đã nhảy sẽ xuống cuối hàng và người vừa nhận bao sẽ tiếp tục nhảy sang đầu đối diện để chuyền bao tiếp cho bên đó. Team đầu tiên có tất cả những người chơi đều đã nhảy sẽ là đội chiến thắng. - Game 3: Dùng lại xô của game 1, lấy hết bóng ra. Chia mỗi team 7 cặp, mỗi người của 1 cặp sẽ cầm 1 ly nước đầy, mỗi cặp sẽ khoác vai nhau nhảy lò cò đến xô chứa bên kia để đổ cả 2 ly nước vào, nếu ngã giữa đường thì phải đứng dậy nhảy tiếp nhưng không được cấp lại nước nếu lỡ bị đổ hết. Cặp tiếp theo chỉ được quyền di chuyển khi cặp trước đó đã đổ 2 ly nước vào xô. Khi tất cả các cặp đều đã hoàn thành, team có xô chứa nhiều nước nhất sẽ giành chiến thắng. - Two-hour activity: Giải mật thư dựa theo chủ đề của sự kiện: 4 mật thư, mỗi mật thư có thời gian dự tính là 30p => 2 tiếng List of items required for the games and their cost: - Game 1: + 1 cuộn dây nilon (200m/cuộn): 40,000VND + 100 quả bóng thổi nhỏ: 10,000VND + 7 xô nước nhựa 4 lít (15,000VND/xô): 105,000VND - Game 2: + 7 bao bố (27,000VND/bao): 189,000VND - Game 3: + 100 ly nhựa 220ml (10,000VND/50 ly): 20,000VND Total cost: 364,000VND |
