| Hobbies | I think I quite enjoy reading books, especially psychological, detective or prose books about the author's life. In my free time, I often read books and I don't force myself to read within a certain time limit because reading books is my favourite activities to relieve stress. Besides, I have a little bit of being interested in designing on the canva as well as listening to music and traveling. Whenever I'm stressed, I often listen to music and look at travel photos in other places to reset my mind. |

| a. How do you describe yourself? | I am quite an active and outgoing person so it is easy to adapt to a new environment. That's one of the reasons I chose to apply to the HR department because I think my personality suits this position. In addition, I also have a bit of experience for the HR department, having worked on many other online projects. I am very happy that I was able to be in round 3. I hope to become a member of the project to gain new experiences and make an unforgettable mark in my life. People are often impressed by my energy. It is a source of positive energy and is always abundant so people feel comfortable and happy to be around. I think that's a bright spot for me |

What are your strengths and weaknesses? | 3 strong points: - Friendly - Flexible - Outward 3 points to improve: - Public speaking - Shortage experience - Perfectionism How to overcome: about public speaking I am currently overcoming by practicing speaking in front of a mirror before a certain presentation and I always volunteer for the position of the speaker to practice my skills more. Inexperienced, I personally want to join the project so I can improve myself, but about perfectionism, I have recently reduced through group work sessions, listening and overcoming more than before. |

3. UNDERSTANDING OF ISB EVENT TEAM: | |
| a. What do you know about ISB Event Team? | I knew about the project through the public page when the project posted recruitment. At this time, I was impressed by the newness of the project because I had never joined any projects related to event organization before, which made me impressed with the project. And after researching, I found this is an interesting activity to urge my passion , so I was also extremely impressed with the people who participated in this activity. |

Why did you decide to apply to become a collaborator of ISB Event Team? | Although I myself do not have too much experience compared to the participating others, I think that I will try to study to improve and contribute to the project what I know as well as communication skills as well. I think that my communication skill and my energy will be a strong point that makes me more confident when applying. I have wanted to challenge myself in various fields so that I would have a chance to experience the new environment, which will help me for my work in future. I have also wanted to gain more experience in event work because I am quite interested in event organization as well as I have a bit of knowledge so this is why I decided to participate in the event. |

Why? | Để tổ chức sự kiện thì đầu tiên là xác định thông tin/ mục tiêu của sự kiện - lên plan cho sự kiện (bao gồm lên ý tưởng và kịch bản cho sự kiện) - phân công nhân sự - tuyển thêm nhân sự - chuẩn bị công cụ trước sự kiện - tập dợt - diễn ra sự kiện - quyết toán chi tiêu - tổng kết và đánh giá lại. Em nghĩ yếu tố quan trọng nhất là mình cần nắm rõ thông tin cũng như mục tiêu của sự kiện vì từ đây mình mới có thể lên plan phù hợp với yêu cầu của sự kiện đó. |

Clb không chỉ truyền bá văn hóa mà còn là lối sống và kiến thức về Sài Gòn. |
