a. Design & Edit on the scale from 1 to 10 I would grade my design skill at 6 which mean I'm capable of using some basic keys on professional design apps like Adobe Photoshop ,Adobe Illustrator and sometimes I can use canva for better team performance.
However, I would grade my editing skill at 9 as I am familiar with edit apps like Lightroom and Photoshop as well as having 4 years of being a member of a Media department in a non-profit organizations throughout my highschool years,
b. Photography on the scale from 1 gto 10 I would grade my photography skill at 9 since I have 3 of experience as a member of my school photography club.
c. Microsoft Office On the scale of 1 to 10 I would grade my skills at 7 in Microsoft, Powerpoint however I'm also familiar with google docs, google sheets and google slides.

a. How do you describe yourself?i would describe myself as a responsible , social , studios and a good listener
b. What are your strengths and weaknesses?STRENGTH
The strength that I consider the most appropriate and valuable and the first to mention its ability to stay warm-hearted, cool-headed. Another strength I found remarkable in myself is my practical optimism. Lastly is my strong social skills,my ability to bring people together, resolve conflicts, and inspire them makes my social skills incredibly come in handy when it comes to group activities.
I'm genuinely bad at time management
Another weak point I found in myself is my perfectionism and lastly my short attention span

Which Extra-curricular activities did you join in the past?throughout my highschool year , i joined a non-organizational profit which help to raise awareness about children with autism call Eunoia Project Vung Tau(EP), I was a member of the Media department and my main role was a photographer but sometimes help other members with design and video editing.
Before joining EP I was shy and don't know how to work in a team , however my communication and team-work skill improved unexpectedly as well as make many new and precious friends.


a. What do you know about ISB Event Team?ISB Event Team, established in 2016, is an organization under the ISB Institute, in charge of organizing events and creating a healthy playground for the UEH-ISB student community.
b. Why did you decide to apply to become a collaborator of ISB Event Team?Coming to the ET family, I hope to get to know you and learn more things from everyone because everyone in ET is good and devoted.


a. List all the steps that you think are necessary to hold an event. Which is the most important? Why?Neccessary steps to hold an event
1. Plan an overview (program name, location, quantity, organization time, ...)
2. Make a specific plan (planning the program, logistics, finance, communication, contacting guests in details, surveying the actual location before the show)
Specific planning is the most important step because this helps us track the progress of work, the progress of each individual and helps the work to be error-free.
3.Finally, the risk estimation table
After the event : assessment and reporting after the event (including internal reports for everyone in the club to self-assess their work completion, reflect and give suggestions for the good, report to partners , sponsor)

The professionalism and investment of an event as well as a club will be judged through visuals. like .Visual posters that help event participants better visualize the upcoming event, an investment in visuals can bring popularity to the event.

Briefly explain.Event Team's publications always bring new attractive and creative colors. Inspire curiosity and excitement. The most special is the poster of ISB WELCOME NIGHT - PRISMATIC , which brings an impressive color with a powerful mysterious red tone, perfect layout and suitable font.
