a. What do you know about ISB Event Team?The ISB Event Team organizes significant events at the ISB Institute, such as Welcome Night, ISB Sports Game, etc. In addition to being a playground, it also offers students the chance to meet, exchange, and challenge themselves.
b. Why did you decide to apply to become a collaborator of ISB Event Team?ISB Event Team Club has caught my attention since I entered university. My experience with the Event Team was even more impressive after participating in an event organized by the club with professionalism, humor, and solidarity. Being a long-time ET follower, I just wish I could become a part of ET.

My opinion is that making a detailed plan for DDay is extremely important to avoid unknown situations such as technical issues, rioting crowds, and program timelines that don't follow scripts, etc. The detailed plan allows us to imagine situations that may arise so that we do not get confused along the way.

C. GAMES FOR TEAMBUILDING

It is your task to generate ideas for Teambuilding games held outdoors. The activities include THREE games, 7 teams of 14 participants each, and a two-hour activity. These activities have a budget of 500,000VND.

DRAW ON THE BACK CHALLENGE


Number of players: 14 people / 1 team


Materials: Paper, pens = 40.000VND


How to play:



  • Divide into 7 teams, each team has 14 members. 14 people line up in a vertical line and stand with their backs to each other. The first person receives the answer from the referee and the last person answer the answer.

  • The first person must use their drawing talent to draw the answer within 1 minute, then draw it on the back of the second person. The time for the next person to imagine the drawing and draw along is 30 seconds. Continue until the 10th person. The 10th person has to look at the picture and give his answer. The team with the most correct answers is the winner

  • The time for 1 round is about 3-5 minutes. => 3 rounds of play.


Time: play for about 45 minutes - 60 minutes. (Including prep and settling time.)


  -> This game will show how well the members understand each other and how they feel.

THE STICKY NOTE CHALLENGE


Materials: Paper Note or Sticker – 200 sheets = 20,000 VND


Number of players: 14 people / 1 team


How to play:



  • This is a game that you can play without even knowing how to dance. Each player sticks a sticky note on themselves. Then turn on the music, dance to the music, and drop all the stickers. However, the group members will have to hold hands and dance together.

  • 1 song is time for 1 round (about 3-5 minutes) - play about 5 rounds

  • The more note you drop, the more chances you have to win.

  • After completing 3 rounds, a total of stickers will fall to find the winning team.


Time: play for about 30 - 45 minutes. (Including prep and settling time)


Penalty: Those who lose will have to drink water with a strange taste (mixed with fish sauce, soy sauce, etc)


 


PASS THE DISH CHALLENGE


Number of players: 14 people / 1 team


Materials:



  • Disposable plastic/paper dish – 90 dishes = 40.000VND

  • 14 bags of flour - 15k/1 bag => 10 bags = 210.000VND

  • Cartons: 3000-5000. Need 7 boxes, about 21.000VND - 35.000VND


How to play:



  • Each team will be given a basket of discs at the starting line and a carton at the finish line. Each plate corresponds to 1 point (there will be flour on the dish). The task of each member will have to lie in a row.

  • Use your feet to clamp the dishes to pass to the next person in turn to the last basket at the finish line.

  • At the end of the game, the referee counts the dishes and the team with the most points wins.

  • The time for this round is 5 minutes – play 5 rounds.


Time: about 45 minutes - 60 minutes. (Including prep and settling time.)


Penalty: Losing teams will ask strangers to record TikTok videos in which they dance to trending songs.
